All meals are based on quality raw materials, lots of fresh seasonal vegetables and legumes. Everything is chopped, cooked and baked in our house on the day of the event. Vegetarian, Vegan or meat meals can be ordered. The varied menu can be adapted to your budget and taste. Here are two sample menus:

  • Homemade hummus or antipasti

  • Carrot and Red Beet salad with, mint, lemon, and Sunflower seeds 

  • Celery and apple salad with peanuts

  • Jerash salad with herbs, cranberries and pickled lemon or health of the veggie and root vegetables

  • Cauliflower salad and green onion with Asian flavor

  • Filas pastry filled with lentils and mint with tzatziki sauce

  • A pastry filled with meat, pine nuts and fried onions or

  • a pastry filled with cheeses and ground potatoes

  • Brownies / chocolate fudge or date cookies

  • Coffee, tea, herbal tea

 

PRICE: 200 NIS per person minimum of15 people.

  • Jerash salad with herbs, cranberries and pickled lemon

  • Salad of health, mushrooms, carrots

  • Sweet potato cubes baked with thyme, oregano and olive oil

  • Filas pastry filled with lentils and mint with tzatziki sauce

  • Filas pastry filled with meat, mushrooms and pine nuts or a pastry filled with cheeses and potatoes with za'atar leaves

  • Brownies / Chocolate fudge with hazelnuts

         for smaller groups a special menue will be               offered for around 300 NIS and above per                   person
